This morning I participated in a food co-op with . I was able to get all of this for only $15. I priced it to be about $30. worth of produce. The co-op is every other week. Participating saves money, and really makes you eat more healthy. I do not want any of this to go to waste. Now I will be planning my meals around what I received. My kids will also be snacking on the fresh fruit. Check out and see if it is available in your area.
This is what I received-
*1 head romain lettuce
*1 pint blueberries
* 2 lbs green seedless grapes
* 8 bananas
* 8 peaches
* 2 yellow squash
* 9 ears of corn
* 1 bunch white asparagus
* 2 cantaloupes
* 7 oranges
They also offer organic.

4th of July

We were excited to get the whole family together for the 4th of July and to celebrate my brother David moving back to AZ. We had croissant sandwiches, potato salad, deviled eggs, chips, fruit, and cake. It was a lot of fun sharing old stories and looking at photos. Here are some new memories that were made.
