I don't like to make resolutions, mainly because I feel that they don't last. Instead, I like to make goals. I have decided to make some weekly goals. Goals that I think I can stick to and goals that I can add to. So, here it goes.
Goals for this week.
1. Go to bed with a clean kitchen. (Empty sink, clean counters)
2. Get come sort of physical movement for at least 15 minutes every day. (Yes I know it should be at least 20, but with 3 kids, a full time job, and a crazy schedule, I want this to be something I can do with success)
That is it for this week. I am starting simple. :)
We will see how it goes and I will post about it next week.
