Spray and Poof

I have had many compliments on my hair lately. Thank you! It is thanks to this blog and this video. I found it through Kelly's Korner. It is a bit long, but I finally leaned how to "poof" my hair. I have thin and fine hair and watching this has finally helped me get that extra "poof" I needed.

Menu Plan Monday 1/18


I am so ready to have a menu this week. I have today off for MLK day so it gave me a day to get some additional cooking and planning done. Have a great week!

Breakfasts - Whole wheat waffles, No oil muffins made with blueberries, and whole wheat zucchini muffins
All of these will be in the freezer, so it will be easy for the kids to get what they want.

Dinners
M - Zesty Beef Chili
T - Chicken Fajitas
W - Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
T - Leftovers
F - Tostada Night

Goals

I don't like to make resolutions, mainly because I feel that they don't last. Instead, I like to make goals. I have decided to make some weekly goals. Goals that I think I can stick to and goals that I can add to. So, here it goes.

Goals for this week.

1. Go to bed with a clean kitchen. (Empty sink, clean counters)

2. Get come sort of physical movement for at least 15 minutes every day. (Yes I know it should be at least 20, but with 3 kids, a full time job, and a crazy schedule, I want this to be something I can do with success)

That is it for this week. I am starting simple. :)
We will see how it goes and I will post about it next week.
